Imageshack problem

When I try to upload a single image file onto imageshack, it comes up saying that the file is too big, but the sizes are horrendous, over 1500KB. What can I do to sort it?

Either compress it down to under 1500KB, or try using another host. They all have different limitations on them. Theres a thread in the Banners and Fan Art forum with a load of different hosts, one of them should take it.

I've tried putfile but everytime I attempt to upload, I get a page coming up saying that the server cannot be found.

EDIT: Putfile is working fine tonight.
