View Full Version : Ticketmaster
Hi.
I have a friend and her dad is trying to book tickets for a concert through ticketmaster. He doesn't want to book them over the internet and when he telephones their orderline, he gets this answer machine that says press 1 for this and 2 for that etc, which confuses him.
Does anyone know what times and on what days staff are there to answer the phones?

I don't what area of the country you live in Kim but there should be a ticketmaster booking office that you can buy tickets over the counter as well. I bought tickets to go and see westlife from a ticketmaster outlet, which was in a record shop in town. They weren't any cheaper but at least it may help than being left hanging on the phone for ages

not sure, 9 til 5 i think, i just know when my mums phoned them up before shes always got through to someone
is it always like that when you have to do a press 1, 2 etc? because some places are always like that
Not sure about the times, urm don't they usually open at around 9ish and shut around 6ish :searchme: But don't ring arounf 12/1ish as they are on there lunch breaks
But i have booked many a time with ticketmaster before - over the internet and its sometimes better if you do book over the internet, its quick, its safe and sometimes you can get better seats I.e Front row (:cheer: Guys and Dolls-Again!!! )
