this is so embarrasing but you guys are the only ones i can talk to so here we go.
when having intercourse i always seem to break wind but its not from my back passage. this is very embarrasing on my behalf and i just wondered if anyone has this and how i can prevent this, is there any excercises i can do to stop it. i feel abnormal and really embarressed asking you this question but please help!!

I think its a quite common problem and nothing to be embarresed about. It happens to all women - just depends how big the release is which makes it embarrasing. Don't forget that air is being trapped in the passage during intercourse and once it builds up it needs to release somehow.

they only way is if it starts.. just take a bit of a break.. it is caused by air been trapped inside so if you stop of a while, the air will be no longer trapped inside you

it always happens to me when i do it doggy!! but Siobhan is right so take her advise on this! it is embarrassing but its nothing to be ashamed of its just been part of been a woman im afraid
