hi i need some advice, on saturday i had a friend stay over and we pulled an all nighter - surprisingly i've never gone a whole night without any sleep before and obviously on the sunday i didnt feel too good but went to bed early, and then yesterday i was on the computer and went all lathargic and felt totally out of it, it lasted for the rest of the night and i felt this way again today about late morning time, it's really weired i feel like I've been drugged and not with it at all, i cant think of anything it could be.

I dont feel ill in myself just as though ive been doped up i know this hasnt really happened im going to the doctors at 5 just to put my mind at rest i have been under quite a lot of stress recently but have been before and never had anything like this im really worried i just feel as though im existing in slow motion moad (i know that sounds totally weired) but just wondered what your take on it could be ? thanks :) leannex

everything is fine. you body is not use to pulling an all nighter and needs the required sleep it was getting.. it will take a few day so get you body back to normal as it needs to catch up on itself.. it happens to me alot if I have been out all night clubbing or if baby keeps me awake

your bodys probably just trying to recover from teh sleep loss also stress doesnt help it just keep getting some early nights and you should be fine soon ive felt like that before when coming back from holiday jue to jet lag and stuff and doing all nighters

probably even worse because your pregnant, just try and get some early nights to catch up.

drinking plenty of water is supposed to help when your feeling like that, is also good for mental processes (like being able to operate your comp properly). The body does adjust but it can give you that spaced out feeling. Hope you feel better soon
