Diggory's Exit

Elsewhere - Diggory is concerned about the future of the bakery as business continues to fall. Molly’s concerns about Diggory grow when he admits that he has had to get a bank loan to keep the business afloat.

Looks like the Bakers will go bust, leaving Diggory without a home.

Hip-hip horray! :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: Useless character since the minute he arrived. The only thing I enjoyed was when he did that sad speech at some bash ages ago..?

Ah yes the wonderful Weatherfield Traders Ball late last year. I always enjoy that event and yes I did enjoy his speech. However, despite the character seemingly toned down a notch in his very brief appearances this year (literally!), he's still pointless and annoying. Good riddance to bad rubbish. :cheer:

Finally, his character is leaving! A pointless character from the start.....and he hasn't had much screen time either so he is getting the exit he deserves. :)

He could have actually had potential if the producers had used him properly. The speech at the Ball proved that.

been a bit of a waste of a character, the only good thing about him was he brought in Vicky Binns as his daughter. Is she going to be leaving as well. I hope not

Yeah, she has great potential and the producers could really work and develop her character well, she is definetly worth keeping even though Diggory is going. :)

Vicky Binns is staying , Molly and Tyrone open a pizza palour shop in the old bakery. Was reported in a soap mag not long bk and also on tv.
