Richard has come up with a novel, and arguably ideal, way of getting Shahbaz to be quiet for more than a moment: taping him up.
Grabbing Shahbaz mid-prance round the beanbags, Richard jokingly said: "Let's put some tape on your mouth. The challenge is to see how long you can go."
Barely putting up a struggle, Shahbaz offered his mouth.
"You have to speak only through actions, not your voice. Only speak with your hands," instructed Richard.
Gagged, though not bound, a playful Shahbaz rolled on the floor obediently, before directing his first mime to Imogen, Richard and George, who were watching from the beanbags.
"Let's see if you can go the entire day," added Richard, wishfully, before turning to the Housemates.
"Aaah," said Imogen. "Peace at last."
And an eerie hush descended on the house...for the next 30 minutes at least.
