Brooke Shields has expressed her happiness following the recent arrival of her second daughter.
The actress was famously attacked by Tom Cruise last year for taking antidepressants to combat the severe post-natal depression she suffered after giving birth to her first child.
Whilst she was prepared to repeat her prescription, the second time around has been a much happier experience. She told People that it was "nothing like the first one".
During a consultation with her doctor, Shields came to a realisation. She revealed: "I was like, 'You know what? I think I'm okay now."
Ironically, Katie Holmes gave birth to baby Suri on the same day, on the same floor, of the same hospital that Shields did. The 40-year-old commented: "Basically, I was being cut in two, so it wasn't the first thing I was going to ask about. I was just glad that everything for me was going well."
