CHRISTINA AGUILERA’s next album is going to be a risky break from her pop norm — and a rare treat for fans of music from the 1920s, 30s and 40s.

Her official website says the singer has recorded a wacky collection of “vintage jazz, soul and blues.”

Her label, Sony BMG, claim it’s “wildly inventive with a throwback style” based on BILLIE HOLIDAY, OTIS REDDING, and ELLA FITZGERALD.

The first single, Ain’t No Other Man, is released on June 12 and the album is out on August 15.

I love listening to her voice, and I think with an album with this style of music will suit her voice the best.
