ITV's attitude to Corrie is as worrying as Iranian uranium. Greedy suits with no real love of TV seem intent on wringing every last farthing out of the soap, without a thought for the consequences.

Last weekend's Audience With was just the latest diabolical prostitution... a ham-fisted dog's dinner of dull anecdotes, over-familiar clips and plodding karaoke. It's short-sighted and frankly insane.

Feeble spin-offs damage the show and weaken our relationship with the characters. Especially when the stories are sagging like Blanche's shoulders, right. Plotlines such as the ghostly greetings cards are about as thrilling as the view inside Richard Hillman's coffin.

I don't care what tv critics say to be honest. It's just their opinion, nobody else's. A tv critic will never stop me from watching a show i like, personally at the moment i love Corrie :)

ON EastEnders, Margaret said Rebecca was "like the sun coming out". Martin looked confused. Not another gay in the family, surely?

IAN Beale reck ons Grant has had a character transplant. He's right. P oncey, soft-spoken, romantic, noticeably less Cockney...a new Grant? These days he's more like Hugh Grant...

GRANT made a move on the pretty black girl in the video shop. She's called Chelsea. Apt, something about her screams del Horno.

ODD. The chunkier Grant gets the more he looks like the off-spring of Reg Holdsworth...and Nookie Bear...

I totally agree with Garry Bushell and it isn't an opinion its the truth.
