Tom Cruise has spent four hours on the red carpet at the premiere of his latest film.

The actor had been booed after entering the cinema to introduce M:i:III after spending two hours talking with fans, but returned for another two hours. He is known for taking long amounts of time with fans at premieres, signing autographs and speaking to people's friends on the phone.

The action adventure will be released in the first week of May.

i don't see why they booed him, you won't find many stars that would stay 4mins let alone 4 hours to met and great fans.
His believe's have nothing to do with his acting skills.

now don't get me wrong I have no plans to eat my placenta - but why do people find the idea so disgusting when plenty of people (not me) eat liver and kidney isn't it pretty much the same idea??
