Would you go abraod for cosmetic surgery rather then having it here in the uk where it is so much dearer.

No i wouldnt because i would never have it in the first place unless i needed it for some medical reason

I know i mean i can undertsand it for some people if you have ever watched extreme make over but still osmetimes they end up looking fake

i don't Believe in Cosmetic Surgery it's not the answer why can't everyone be happy in there own Bodys without Surgery

lazer eye surgery is counted as cosmetic.. I would go abroad for that if I had the cash (oh and a boob job too)
