in the paper it said they asked all the families of the people on board flight 93 before they made it, and one man whos son was on board said watching it helped him to come to terms with what happened better

United 93 is the film to be beaten, without a doubt the most compelling film of the year, guys go see it, its the finest film so far this year. Difficult to watch but one of the most important in recent years, A MUST SEE.

I haven't seen it yet but I am sure the events of that they were unbelievable that there was no need to go over the top.. it shocked everyone.

No thats true, but films have a tendancy to overdramatise things (not that they needed to) but what struck me was there was no one "hero" IMO they did a very good job of portraying the sequence of events

i saw this film. i think they did very well in making this film and portraying the events of what happened. i liked the way they didnt try and overdramatise it or have like really huge ott action parts. i think people should definitely see the film but its one of the most sad things ive ever seen in my life, i was crying through quite a lot of it

welcome to the boards. I dont think its weird at all there are several films about the events of 9/11. Flight 93 is a film designed for tv that didnt get a cinema release United 93 was more mainstream and done by a highly acclaimed director. Im interested in seeing Flight 93 but I doubt it will compare to United 93.
