A Problem Halved' : Abs discovers Ellen's secret when he bumps into her on the cancer ward, but she begs him not to tell anyone, as the hospital drama continues. Abs questions why Nina felt she couldn't confide in him, but Nina is defensive.
Meanwhile, Luke has been receiving some hoax calls and, after a bit of detective work, discovers Sol is the culprit. Sol explains he made the calls as a cry for help and apologises to Luke, who gives him one last chance.
Elsewhere, Maggie decides to apply for the new Consultant position.
Katherine Dow Blyton (Hollyoaks) guest stars as Maya Joseph, a woman who's had a miscarriage but lies to her husband, who believes she is still pregnant.

I wonder how abs is going to react and if he will be able to keep it a secret after the way he has been having a go at ellen

awwwww poor ellen !!! im actually starting to like ellen and nina ! its really good to see them getting along ! - but Abs finding out !! maybe it will change his tune aswell ! stop being horrible about her behind her back with kelsie.
and luke should really not be so soft ! i think sol is going to land him in big trouble somewhere along the lines !

Finally Abs can stop being selfish towards Ellen after realising she has cancer. This will obviously stop him talking about her behind her back with Kelsey.
I hope Maggie gets the consultant's job, she deserves it as she is a very good doctor.
I think Sol will get Luke in trouble as well somewhere along the line, maybe this could be part of his exit storyline as the character is leaving by the end of the series :)

you cant blame them though for talking about ellen. if she is going to keep something so serious a secret then they are just going to think she is not doing her job properly and skiving.
