I remember being taught in school that there was only one word in the English language where U did not follow Q

Dont ask what it is. Its a very long time since I was at school :)

Why would you call the English language stupid? :searchme:

Imagine you had to learn Chinese or Arabic. I wonder how you'd text talk in chinese?!

English is spoken by one out of every six people in the world. It is the primary language of the United States, the U.K., Australia, New Zealand and, partly, Canada. About 80% of the world's electronically stored information is stored in English language.

Actually, if she'd said dhe had a problem with American English I'd agree.

I was talking to one of the support engineers in states and spelling my name for the log. I said "Z" and he couldn't understand me. Finally I said what comes after letter 'Y' and he says "You mean Z (pronounced Zee) - there's no 'ed' in 'Zee'". So I told him there was no double 'e' in Z either.
