The Daily Star says that factory girl Kelly will set tongues wagging as lesbian lust rumours run wild in Coronation Street. The paper says that Kelly’s mates are convinced she's coming out of the closet when she shacks up with Becky. Kelly thinks nothing of it at first when Becky - who she knows from her time spent in care - treats her to a designer watch for her birthday. She doesn't realise her friend is obsessed with her and is desperately trying to worm her way into every aspect of her life to win her affections - in a re-run of stalking movie Single White Female.

Im feeling mega old now - I saw this in the movie - it is a great film and the book is amazing too

I like the idea of this storyline but I hope that Corrie do it justice and treat it with all the sensitivity it rightly deserves.

This story sounds great and i think there have been hints about this over the last few weeks, about something bubbling under the surface, i didn't know Kelly and Becky were going to become lesbians though :eek:
I just thought that Becky would become more and more obsessed with Kelly and things will start to spiral out of control and Kelly wouldn't want any of it, that was the impression that i have got over the past few weeks over the few scenes Becky has been in.
Anyway it sounds good and we will just have to wait and see what happens :)

The problem I have with this is neither character is at all interesting particulary Becky, and frankly this storyline doesn't sound at all interesting to me.
