I havent had on in years, since i had braces, but ive woke up this morning with a massive one on the inside of my lip. Keeps rubbing against my teeth which isnt helping.

The only thing I've found helps over the years is plain old salt water gargling and swilling morning and evening....it kills the bacteria. Bonjela does nothing for me either....

When i get them, i get loads especially when im stressed !!! I use boots own make teething gel ( for babies ) its the best thing I have found to stop them hurting! This was also really good when i had my braces years ago. Ive always since then made sure i have a tube of the stuff at home. If you can handle the pain but just want to get rid of them, then im with willow just put salt straight onto them.

you could try a bit of anbesol, you can get it from boots, but salt is cheaper, and you don't have to go out and buy it!!!!

I had one of them around about Christmas. My mum said for me to rinse it out with salty water and it does taste absolutley horrible but it helps.
