They never really finished that story off properly, they should have said whether she ended up in jail or not. It was the same with the Janine storyline, they never showed the court case and how many years she got in prison etc. Pat hasn't even mentioned Janine since she left!! I thought she would want to make sure Janine was put away for life after what she did to Barry & what she didn't do to Laura!!
