Fell down the stairs about a hour ago and isnt it weird how the one thing you think of is your children as your plummeting.
i fell head first the top half of my body was in front of my legs,i went 100 mph bumping into stair gates on the way down.I have a massive lump on my head killing me,a bloody finger,a bleeding side on my stomach,a lump on my elbow with bruise,my arm and leg kill as i walk.
As i was falling i just thought ' my kids!' cus i was on my own other half was out.Shannon was on my bed,as i was coming straight back upstairs.But i just thought omg what if i pass out and she rolls off so as i hit the wall i yelled for jay and he came straight to my rescue and phoned his nan.
im still in agony,feel like ive been run over...twice.
But all icould think of was my bubbas!

Are you ok Chance?? Its bad falling down stairs on your backside, let alone headfirst hitting stuff on the way down - you didn't get ko'd did you??

Its amazing what maternal love does to you - your only thoughts are for your children and it kind of spurs you on to get up and get on with it lol

Hope your ok though - let us know how you're doing tomorrow...

you poor thing,I hope you put witch Hazel on the bruises to help them come out and stop hurting, I did the same when stephen was only 3 months old and I was carring him too,he was ok,but I ached for about two weeks.

hope you are ok babe, if you start feeling dizzy or sick give the docs a ring or go to a & e.

Well arm is killing me today and my knee and my head oh and my elbow and and and...........
big bruise on my head and elbow,the swelling has gone down on head though now.my side had a big purple bruise on it and kills me when i walk as does my arm whi i cant carry shannon on that side now and its my writing arm too!
everything just aches so bad but il survive..

just think it could have been a lot worse, if you want the bruising come out faster take some arnica

Ouch that sounds so painful! Hope you feel better soon, I fell down the stairs when I was little and banged my head on the radiator, it hurt so much!

Everything still hurts today and the bruises are just coming out now.all my muscles hurt even the ones i didnt know existed!

hope you feel better soon when i feel down the stairs and got my foot stuck in a radiator it killed so you must be in agony
