View Full Version : The Bill - Hugh Wallis.
If Hugh Wallis wasn't evil and he was a genuine friend to Sam Nixon then do you think Sam wouldv'e either gone out with him or kept him as a close friend?
p.s please don't turn this into another phil/sam thread otherwise someone'll close the thread.
And don't close it because:
(a) it's people's opinions not just answered by one person and that's it.
(b) i've carefully thought about where this should be and came up with the 'what if' section.
(c) we'll try not to go off topic.
(d) I'll add you to my 'annoying closer people's' list. I have a couple of people already in my head. You have been warned, mwuahahahahahaha!!!!
I don't think she would have gone out with him, because she was feelings for... someone else

i think that Sam did use Hugh for her own means when she was at university but i dont think it was intended to be malicious. i just think that Sam is unaware of how attractive she really is and what effect she has on the likes of Hugh, David Chew (the criminal profiler) and Duncan Lennox (the DC and part of MIT). i think they only help her because they think they are in with a chance of dating her and when they find out Sam hass no intentions of ever going out with any of them, they turn there anger on her and blame her for using them!
I think that is very true adorable angel. People do get annoyed with her when she doesn't go out with them. I personally think she's actually quite self concious of her body at times, she seems to me like she doesn't realise how pretty she really is.
Also, I think I've guessed right in who Emma was talking about with the 'someone else', nice way of getting round it though! lol.

i also think that she tries very hard to take her gender out of the equasion, this is because she believes the met quietly discriminate against women with aims to hold top rank positions in the police force. i think this is why she thinks she has someting to prove to herself where she doesnt want to be seen as sleeping her way to the top or getting to the top on the back of a male collegue so shed rather do things her own way and receive her own merits and prove to herself she can get her own results and promotions because of it

i odnt think she used her sexuality i agree with adorableangel i think she works her hardest as she wants to prove women can be good coppers aswell as males
and i think her and hugh may have gone out as there was chemistry but on the other hand was she just using him to get a result
When Abi went missing she genuinly wanted and needed Hugh's help, I think if he was nicer then she'd keep him as a close friend. For example; the kind of person that if she was ever to get married to someone he'd give her way or something.
