Another family! Every family that comes in now will try to be like The Slaters or the Millers with all the fighting and superbrat attitude!

I think they're adding new families so close too each other.. im stull struggling to remember the name of half the new characters.
And this new girl will probably be a bitch to start, and then get all soft... normally the way

They have more than their share of Brats is EE. Each family of chavs will be trying to outdo each other in their criminality and loutish behaviour. Its time EE made use of their experienced actors instead of bringing in more new families. The Ferrerias and latterly the Millers have hardly been roaring success stories. :(

...Squiggle??!?!
Squiggle? How is anybody supposed to take a character seriously when they are called Squiggle? It sounds like a character from some CBeebies show.

Squiggle?!?
Funny you should mention that. That seems to be the audience the producers are aiming at. Certainly the scriptwriters must think so
i havent got to grips with the last bunch of new characters.

sounds alrite maybe thats why they've been constantly filming the wicks recently so we can get to know them more for when they drop another family in

Cant EE develop the characters they have instead of adding more and more new families and getting rid of the current ones?
:rotfl: @ Squiggle and CBeebies. I can just imagine it now. "Oi, Squiggle, cut it aht!!" :rotfl:
Why can't we just have a normal family? A family that does not fight, scream, shout, steal and cause hassle all over the Square. And why does every young girl (Stacey, Dawn, Carly and now this brat) need to be "feisty" and why does every new character need to be a "force to be reckoned with" The Wicks were also described as being a "force to be reckoned with". I'm sick of mouthy troublemakers. One of the reasons I like Bradley so much but hate Deano is because Bradley is more unique than the likes of Deano, whose character is ten a penny.

Hmm, another reason NOT to watch EE, like I don't have enough reasons to already. :thumbsdow

OMG "Squiggle"!!! This sounds stupid. I'm getting to know the Wicks family and Jack Edwards etc. and now we have to get to know MORE people. This is getting ridiculous :thumbsdow

Yes I agree that the new characters are being introduced too close together, I suppose it's down to whoever the producer is now, is it still Kate Harwood? it seems to change so rapidly.
I suppose this girl is going to be the new Janine, to be fair she kept her personality throughout her time at EE. Also Stacey, although may soften a bit while with Bradley I think there's always going to be a spark with her. Characters need to develop different sides to themselves, but who knows what will happen with Elizabeth, she may last for a long while being a bitch.
I can imagine her and Stacey being at loggerheads. Stacey can certainly give as good as she gets, there'll be trouble.

Oh yeah, didn't think of that! That will make good viewing. Another Janine, that'll be brilliant, Janine was excellent! :cheer: :cheer:

Nobody can replace the likes of Cindy or Janine.
All these new characters are to much too soon. We need to get used to the other newbies first - see if they can prove themselves withput adding to their family already! ( I know they arent family but if mom and dad go out they kind of are)

they have brought too many new chracters in weve only just got used to the wicks and the new mitchel -ben plus there is more chracters to come including carla-grants wife cortney mitchell, max branning and chelsea fox and now this new family its all too much
The only new characters I like are Bradley and Joe, the rest are truely awfull, especially Naomi. The mum of this family sounds OK as I think Diane Parish is an established actress and has been in EE before so she knows how it all works but I am not forward forward to the two girls.

Confirmed :) (http://www.bbc.co.uk/eastenders/news/news_content/news_20060314.shtml)
Elizabeth, affectionately known to everyone as Squiggle, because her mother Denise thought she looked like one on her first baby scan
Well, it's lucky Denise didn't think she looked like a big fat blob on her first baby scan isn't it. :p :rotfl:

is it just me or is there a large number of teens at the mo? Why are they introducing more? I still think they need more decent characters in the 21 - 30 range

I am hating this girl already and she has not even arrived yet.

Tweenies are the target group right now,, us old folks have to sit back and wait till the tweenies get bored,, then they may start better story lines LATER :rotfl:

mmmm so far out of all the new comers, the popular ones are Jack, kevin and Bradley. two of them fall into the older catagory.. does this not tell EE something?

I am liking all the new additions in EE at the moment and i am looking forward to the Foxes arriving but i doubt they will be feisty and "a force to be reckoned with" They say that about every new family who arrives in soap or Walford especially. They said the Millers would be a force to be reckoned with, feisty and will cause trouble on the Square but now they don't cause any trouble at all and keep quiet most of the time
