Did anyone watch that thing on E4 last night showing them all in training! JK bet Goldie £100 that he couldn't dive off the 10m diving board. The coach told him that it would be very dangerous if he did it without training properly, so Goldie just did it anyway! i thought it was quite funny!

i really wanted JK to win the diving! :( he still hasnt won anything! lol OMG Adams eyes were horrible! It was very brave of him to dive on the night! Im glad Javine beat Julia! And well Done to Michelle for finishing!

It's on ice, with these thing's called stone, and these's a target at the end of the lane, and the person with the nearest stone to the centre of the target, is the winner. Bit like bowl's (well kinda) but on ice.

i knew that Jade would win for the men and Javine for the women! Im glad JK beat Peter Duncan and came 3rd! :D The Javelin was really good, JK was so close to beating Jade but not close enough! lol! I think Jade's going to do great on Champions of Champions tonight!

oh i was so gutted when MC Platnum beat JK i wanted JK to go into the champions of champions which is featuring diving my fave is there anyone else here who loves swimming in cold water besides me.

The black eye's were from the diving event. He burt's blood vesals, and he lost the 100 meter's, just coz he is not very quick. And also, everyone else had 6 months for training for the games, where as Adam only had 2 weeks!!

Felt sorry for shayne lynch,he did some great dives but then got lumbered with right old slow swimmers as team mates,should have won,he was the best.

JK is half of duo JK and Joel from Radio 1 Chart show! Yeah Shayne Lynchs dive was amazing but he got stuck with slow swimmers!
