January exams

Is anyone else getting january exam results on thursday.

yeh i am, im really dreading them, i know ive done badly in some but the others i thought i did ok but i probably didnt! i really dont want to have to do too many retakes!

Yep, i'm getting my Geography Decision Making Exam Thursday Week. I'm not really dreading it, because its only worth 50% of the final grade.

i am, really scared done so bad. I think ive just about passed one of the three i did. everyone else is going to have done so well.

Its just so expesive to have to pay for more retakes.

i know £25 per exam i think. something stupid like that.

the moment of truth this thursday for my first set of module marks... but if the teachers are on strike then i might not get them! :D

My geography ones cost 30 quid per exam. The rest are around 15

my ones are £12 i think so not too bad, but they all add up, i took 11 exams so it would be well over £100 if i needed to retake them all! :eek:

but thats not necessarily a good thing cos you only get a few days to send off for retakes so if you dont get the results on time then you might not be able to do retakes in june

the teachers strike lasted all of ten minutes yesterday lunch from what ive heard so i will be there to get my results tomorrow

I know exactly what you guys mean. Got mine this morning and was so gutted as got an E. Looks like a retake to me

I got two B's and two Us. One of the b's was an improvement the other wasnt. So my biology grade is a U. I have no idea what im going to retake. Or how the helll im going to pass this year and end up in uni.

i got a B in Law which i was really surprised about, i got a D in Geography which id actually thought went the better out of the two and an A in Psychology which im really chuffed about.

i got an e in criticial thinking ( i couldnt give a cow about this and am not suprised in the slightest, i WILL NOT be retaking this)

for Film, English and ICT i got Cs (im not too pleased, as i was predicted B's... \but i was 4/3 marks off a B with each so my other tests and coursework which are all A grade should pull me up with any luck)

all in all not too much of a happy bunny

I am not I think its going to cost be 70 quid to eneter the exmas i need to to be able to pass biooligy. And its got to be found by tuesday.
You did really well BB id have been happy if i got Cs. the coursework shuold make it better:)
