I really like Gabby trying to get into her dress- i knew it was going to rip when she sat down! how did they man get out? hope Gabby don't lose the baby! susan was good- being brave when she was seeing mike- hope they get back together.

I disagree there I am afraid - Mike has seen the light as far as I am concerned. What Susan did when she saw Zach was awful.

Poor Gabby, when she fell down the stairs, i hope her baby is ok. It was funny watching her get into the dress. Danielle seems so grown up compared to the 1st series.

I loved last nigths episode, just as you think its getting rubbish it gets good again!

So many funyn parts like Karl running away from Eddie, Lynette's saucy message to the wrong man, Eddie fighting at the restuaraunt and Gabby humilating that boy infront of his freinds! :rotfl: :lol:

But we had some great drama aswell what is going to happen to Betty's son!?

Also how sad was the scene where Gabby and Carlos lost their baby!? I was almost in tears :crying: Great acting all round!

It was certainly one of the most heart wrenching peices of drama that I have seen for a long time on televison, and i think a first for desperate housewives

It was really sad, I dont get like that over tv but I was genuinly moved and I think it shows just how much Gabby has changed as a character and how much she wanted the baby

Sorry, I am afraid she did. It was very sad and she found it difficult to show her true feelings. There is a fab episode coming up where a heavily tattooed ex con helps her to let go.

The first three episodes on Channel show that this series is shaping up really well.

Dougray Scott's part as Ian , Susan's new love interest is such a 1950 cliche of an English gentlemen though - that accent - he should be ashamed!

Well i cant remember how it ended but yes. As on C4 its likes normal, lol and on E4 cant remember what days, once in a catch up and the other one is next weeks episode.

Finally got round to watching DH. WOW! What a brilliant episode! I was glued from start to finish! Poor Nora!! Gabby and Carlos were funny though - also so meant to be in my opinion! Lynette was totally fab in this episode also!! (eh Bree :lol: )

I also quite like Orson :ninja:, although can't work out, whether he is supposed to be good or bad. Either way, I love him. He's great.

Sounds like it's finally catching up with America, I'm up to episode 16.

But as for the whole Orson/Alma Mike/Monique thing coming to an end so soon, it makes me wonder where they can go from here for the rest of the series? Mike and Orson have been proved to be white as white, and being bad was part of their appeal.

I've heard various rumours of what will happen in the last 10 episodes, but nothing sounds as good as the start of the series.

I think DH has bene really good. Im kinda glad that Orsan isnt a bad guy though Ive had doubts he began seeming bad then good and he has been back and forth, only thing id though, he still ran over MIke.

aah this is annoying because i dont know if you watched the c4 episode or the E4 episode, i thought it was romantic how susan went hiking looking for mike and injured herself, the e4 episode quite a tear jerker for the scavo family (well just the adults) and edie starts to show her manipulative side again. only one episode left after that.

Awwwww Mike and Susan were so sweet and so was their wedding, and I knew Bree would do something like that.

A blistering finale, just when you thought it might finish sweetly bang that happens with Edie me and my brother could not believe it. Gabrielle well isnt she in a pickle mind you Victor doesnt know what hes let himself in for She does give out the best revenge so he better tread carefully. Mike and Susan so sweet. Still cant believe that with Edie.

The new series normally begins in January but with the Writers strike currently going on in the USA, there may be a delay. At the moment Desperate Housewives: Production shut down with 10 episodes recorded; episode 9 aired December 2.

most TV shows in America are affected by the WGA strike it's now lasted for 30 days.

i think that the father was away to abduct dylan and they tried to stop him and something happened causing him to die or be seriously hurt and she killed him then dissapeared.

Its all just my theory but at the moment all we have is her her sudden departure, Dylans lack of memory except for remembering a man trying to take her, and the auntie saying i cant forget what we covered up i think we should tell dylan, plus the multiple lies from catherine to dylan about the father

I mean now the Rex's Mum has taken Danielle (although it did show on the 'next time on...' the Bree goes to see her) maybe she'll brainwash her into wanting to keep the baby & Bree and Orson would have to come clean...

We are coming up for episode 4.06 in the UK - in the States they have aired episode 4.12.

I don't know how I feel about this series so far. Is it just me or has the spark disappeared, I mean, yes there are flashes of brilliance - but they seem buried in a more mundane Wisteria Lane. And do we really have to go through Mike's drug addiction, again? Katherine's story is just too drawn out, even Edie is getting boring.

A can't miss show seems to have been reduced to a 'I'll watch it if there is nothing else on' show. If it gets much worse it will be a if I'm not washing my hair show :thumbsdow

I have only started watching from this season and I love it. Haven't missed an episode since Season 4 started. I really enjoy it and I can't wait for this Wednesday's episode, that seems to have just got praise from everywhere I look.

Apparently though, C4 have decided to pull it after they show this episode on Wednesday until later in the year! :angry: Any ideas why?

I don't know if this is true or not, but I could speculate that as the tornado episode was the last one recorded before the screen writers strike there was a gap in the states at this time?

I hope that all episodes are shown here though - it is too soon for a gap!!:crying:

Desperate Housewives will be taken off air on Channel 4 after next Wednesday.. It returns in the autumn apparently - I think it's making way for Big Brother..

I wish I was joking... :( but rumours are going around the DS forums and on the Digispy TV guide, they have no listings for Desperate Housewives after next week's episode.

It's incredibly frustrating. I did like the way people seemed to have settled their differences during the tornado though with Bree/Katherine looking like friends now and also Edie/Gabby making amends.

i read about the rumours of them putting DH on a break, very annoying if they do that

i decided in the end to download the rest of the season, and have been watching it all day, all i can say is - AMAZING
