shamelss series 4 in few weeks?

i dont really believe this but my friend told me that series 4 of shameless starts in a few weeks, but i thought it started again next year? she said that's why they are showing the repeats of series 3 this week so everyone can be up to date for shameless 4 to start, has anyone else heard this?

No that can't be true. It's impossible, they won't have even started filming series 4 yet! It definitely airs in January 2007.

oh i cant wait for series 4.....series 3 came to a fantastic end and jus left us all gobsmacked...who knew sheila had it in her...cant wait to see how liam develops...hope they hav some big storylines for the nipper cuz theyv kinda dragged all they can outa the others...love the guy with Tourettes hes hilarious...roll on January 07!!!

by the way- why are they filiming so far in advance??? if they film now its 10 months before we will see it surely it doesn't take that long to film like 8 episodes?
