A happy family/marriage in Eastenders?

hi- can anyone think of any happy marriages or families in Eastenders at the mo?? I can only think of Dot and Jim!! EE should show more happy families !!!!

at the moment no but there was lots of happy couples in eastenders over the years.

I think when Stacey and Bradley finally get together they will be happy for a while dont know how long it will last but for a while i think they will be happy

I think Pauline and Joe are happish apart from having this Bert with them

I agree- tho they'll always have their disagreements about church and drinking! lol! If anyone watches Corrie- Vera and Jack have been together for ages!! theres not really anyone like that in EE.

No not at the moment there isn't, but I suppose Arthur and Pauline were a bit of a Vera and Jack in their day. They were certainly together for a long time.

Yes I do love the drama though. It's not Corrie, we shouldn't expect something that isn't there, but it is nice to see some nice moments now and again.

I do not watch Corrie, so I can not compare the couples you have mentioned,, Jim and Dot are a terrific couple, and I throughly enjoy their banter.

Until the EE writers decide to ruin them too by having Dot or Jim have a full blown affair. They have done it to almost every other EE couple so I don't hold out much hope of Dot and Jim being safe from the EE writers couple-wrecking abilities. :mad:
