I don't think they will. Why waste a death on him? Nobody will care and there have been too many deaths already. As long as he never comes back, I don't mind if he leaves alive.

Absolutley. Maybe Joseph might actually learn that he is a wooden actor at long last. He's been sacked twice! I want him to be killed off so we know it won't happen again because they wouldn't do a Den on a character like that.

I don't think they should get too axe happy. Yes, there's some characters I wouldn't really miss (like Ruby) but it'd feel too much like a big cast change over. I'd rather have Juley, or even Ruby, who even though they aren't the best I at least know something about, then watch a show centered on 20 odd new characters I don't know or care about.

A little bit of stability is what's needed I think, at least until all the new characters have settled in.

I agree blackkat. I think they should explore some more of the lives of existing characters, as with EE, whenever they have problems they tend to bring in new characters for the sake of it (like the Ferreiras. They were good. Ahem) or failing that, they have some more Mitchells v Watts feuds. I think they do need to sort the wheat from the chaff though because there are a couple of poor one dimensional characters there, like Naomi and Juley, and that's deffo the fault of the script writers more than the actors.

if they wanted to they could give Gus some screen time in the next month when everyone turns against Sonia, he's always been there for her so he could be there as a shoulder to cry on for her...that would actually be kind of sweet and more beliavable than plonking her willy nilly with some random character that the writers picked at random.

I am glad Juley is going. A pretty rubbish character who deserves to leave. Now they have axed him, I don't think they should axe anybody else. The cast needs to be stabalised now for the time being, so we as the viewers can get used to fresh faces and axings and also other character development. I hope they don't axe Gus. They should give him a proper storyline and more screen time and then decide what to do with him like they did with Juley (the Juby storyline) which proved very unpopular.
