View Full Version : Rovers Return In Every Episode?

Have you noticed there's barely an episode goes by where the rovers return isn't shown in it, i can't remember the last episode where we didn't see the rovers, ok so there might be the odd one where they go to a place outwith the street to film special episodes, like when they go to blackpool or wherever, but it's like if they didn't have the rovers then there wouldn't be much of an episode to film, don't you agree.

Well I remember many many years ago, way before your time, you used to occasionally get entire episodes inside the Rovers, just quiet episodes in the days when Corrie was on just twice a week.

the rovers is the centre to most of their storylines now almost everything happens in there so it has to be shown

So yo answer the OP's qustion I think we can safely say that Corrie has more than enough locations to be able to cope withoutbthe Rovers :clap:

It's quite good for saddos like me who haven't even been near a pub in ages, as I have no social life. It reminds me what I'm missing!!!!! If I had a pub at the end of the road, I'd sure as hell be in there everyday! :)

its the same in every soap though there is always a neutral place where everyone goes thats in every episode

Its the same with eastenders the market is in practically every show. I think its just because its the centre of the area
