Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston have agreed a £34.5million divorce settlement, according to reports.
The actress will be the sole owner of their £16.6million Beverly Hills mansion after their assets are shared out almost a year after she filed for divorce, IMDB.com reported.
But Pitt - now in a relationship with Angelina Jolie - apparently gets control of the former celebrity couple's lucrative film company Plan B Productions, with Aniston retaining only a "minor stake".
The production firm, which was behind a string of 12 successful independent movie releases including Tim Burton's Charlie And The Chocolate Factory, is thought to be worth more than £28 million.
Pitt and Aniston announced their separation just over a year ago.
Aniston filed for divorce in March, citing irreconcilable differences. It became final in October.
The actor and Jolie had been romantically linked since the filming of Mr & Mrs Smith, but he has denied that she was the reason for the split.
She is now expecting his baby.
