An appeals court has denied Michael Jackson an order granting him sole custody of his two children.
Their mother Debbie Rowe signed away her rights in 2001, but California's 2nd District Court of Appeals said that the judge in that case acted improperly.
In 2004 Rowe won a Los Angeles Superior Court case to have the custody order overturned on legal grounds, citing the then untried accusations of child molestation against Jackson.
