A dramatic special episode of The Bill is set to be screened next month according to inside soap magazine. The storyline in the explosive two-parter centres around a concert in a nightclub which is being policied by Sun Hill officers. When a balcony inside the packed club collapses all hell breaks loose - with fatal consequences. The nightclub set was specially built inside the studios which until recently housed the interior location for Family Affairs. "Be prepared for some dramatic scenes and special effects," teases our insider on the cop drama. "PC Roger Valentine and rookie PC Lewis Hardy will be caught up in the aftermath of the accident, which sees one officer fighting for thier life..."


Looks good. My guess is Steve Hunter, i don't know of anyone else who is leaving.

Hopefully since the departure of Marquess it will be a realistic storyline after all the tosh that happened with the Chimp

I didn't know Steve Hunter was leaving but he hasn't been in it much recently (except for yesterday's episode). June is leaving the show but not just yet, she has to work her contract first.

after reading it again it does sound like it might be just roger and lewis although it is possible someone like steve enters and gets trapped or something suppose they will fight for their life for a few episodes then be back at work like nothing happened

yeah i would have thought so too and in last nights eppy it was like exactly the same situation with the woman cheating...

I would say either Roger or Lewis. It could be that one of these two are fighting for their life and both make it and if this is Steve's exit then he may be killed instantly in the disaster or like someone said trapped and then dies...or is injured so that he has to quit the force..

i think steve is great when he actually gets a storyline it would be great if he and phil had an argument and thn later that day it was steve who was fighting for his life then maybe we would get to see the vounrible side of phil when hes in hospital or something, (even though i don't want him to be hurt, but he is leaving?) but i think it would be great because we haven't really seen that brotherly side of them both have we, and what their like when one of thems hurt or in serious danger if you follow me.....???

It is Roger, I read on someones MSN group that Roger and lewis are helping firefighters when a lighting thig falls down, Roger pushes Lewis out of the way and it hits him instead. Lewis feels guilty because earlier on he'd asked Gina Gold if he could change partners.

yes it is roger that gets hurt, hes in the ambulance fighting for his life and lewis is with him and he feels really guilty like u said
