Charlotte Church has revealed that she is in the process of writing an autobiography that will chart her rise to fame.

The Crazy Chick hitmaker was approached by publishers Orion last year to make a record of her early years, and this weekend the six-figure deal for the book was finally announced.

Church has been in the public eye since a very early age, when she was rocketed to fame as the "Voice of an Angel" classical singer. Her private life has since then been splashed across every tabloid, detailing her troublesome teenage years. The star now says that she is "excited at the opportunity to be able to give [her] side of the story of the last few years."

The autobiography will be published in hardback in September 2007, aimed at the Christmas market.

I'm just thinking - what is she going to put in it? Went to the recording studio, sang a few songs, went to the pub, got drunk, had a scrap with boyfriend who is better looking and more famous than me, went to bed :rotfl: :rotfl:
