i have a big girly problem. im late (a week) and i really hope im not pregnant.
i have always used protection with my boyfriend, but is there a possibility that i could be pregnant?
get a test as soon as possible...there could be a slight chance you are pregnant or maybe your just too stressed thinking about it that thats the reason you havent come on
if you always use protection then i wouldnt worry about it too much but theres always that slight chance.... if its worrying you too much which i expect it is then go and get a test to put your mind at rest

My suggestion is have the test done by a doctor, those home pregancy tests are not always accurate. Some times those condoms rip. Plus another reason why you may be late is because you are stressed out at school or at home, that can also cause you to be late. But in order to give yourself a peace of mind, go to the doctor or to a clinic that will run the test for you. Good luck.

Do you mean the home pregancy tests do not always work? Well they work , but they are not 100% accurate, best advice is go to a clinic or a doctor to get a more accurate test.

they not 100% safe but when i was pregnant my doc didnt even test i showed him one and he said congratulations!!
you could buy the tests that have more than one test in that way if one says posituve you could try the other and if that one is too then see the doctor. and you dont then have to wait for an appointment you could get one today and do it

That's happened to me before, and I have cursed as I spent 8 quid on the flippin test!
As for the accuracy of home tests, a negative can be wrong (although, for you lollymay, given your period has started, I think you are safe!) but a positive is alwyas a positive. Negatives can be inaccurate, often becuse people test too soon. And the tests they do at the docs are exactly the same as the ones you buy from the chemist!
