Hiya i am going to write another script about Chrissie's court case i will post more later because i'm going. Oh and if any Mods come on here could you close the mitchell brother return please. Thanks.

Hiya this is the first part to my new script tell me if you like it.
It was 10 o'clock when Chrissie and amanda walked into the court room the case didn't start till 11 but knowing peggy and Chrissie there would probaley be a fight if they had to be together longer then they had to or even Sharon or Chrissie because all Chrissie wanted to do was punch her right in that smug face of hers. But she knew that woudn't help. But really this case was a complete waste of time to be honest she thought and she also thought he was a womanizer but really no one believed her she wanted to know who Jake was with now? Honestly she diodn't care but if she got out she would get him back but really that was unlikly. Sharon would have her way den's princess always got her way. Chrissie wondered if Den knew she had married Dennis but she didn't care. She didn't even notice people filling the court room but she knew one thing Peggy Mitchell was there.

Part 2.
Everybody had stopped talking as the doors shut quite sharply. Then everybody stood up waiting to get told to sit back down they soon got told to sit down and Sam got called up to the stand.
Amanda: Where were you on the 18th of feburary 2005?
Sam: I went to Scarlet's with Chrissie and Zoe . . .
Amanda: Zoe?
Sam: I didn't mean Zoe.
Amanda: Then who did you mean?
Sam: The name just slipped it was only me and Chrissie.
Chrissie sat back enjoying seeing Sam squirm.
Amanda: What did you do after that?
Sam: We went back to the Vic and then Chrissie killed Den.
Amanda: how did you know that Chrissie killed Den?
Sam: I saw her.
Amanda: According to you what did she kill him with?
Sam: Pauline Fowler's doorstep.
Amanda: But the police have taken her doorstep and there is no sign of blood on it.
Sam: But she did it, i saw her.
Amanda: No more questions.
With that Sam got down from the stand and walked back to her seat.
End of part 3.
The next part will be Chrissie up at the stand.

Part 3
When Chrissie's name got called out she walked up to the stand and sat down just as Sharon's Lawyer stood up to question her.
Graham: Where were you on the 18th of feburary?
Chrissie: I was at Scarlet's with Jake and Sam.
Graham: But Sam didn't mention Jake?
Chrisise: Because Sam dosn't like Jake!
Graham: Do you know why?
Chrissie: She proabley fancies him.
Graham: Do you know what happend to You'r husband on that night?
Chrissie: what am i suppose to be his sitter he's old enough to go around having countless affairs on me and being a grumpy man if he wants.
Graham: How many affairs has he had on you since you two have been together?
Chrissie: I don't know but since i moved to Walford 2.
Graham: Who were they with?
Chrissie: Now there's an intresting question well one was with Kate Mitchell and Dennis Rickman know who he sleeped with On the Monday.
Graham: Would you mind telling us?
Chrissie: Not at all the one and Only Zoe Slater.
Sharon: You lying Bitch!
Judge: Now now!
Chrissie: You think i'm lying well try asking that husband of you'rs.
Sharon: we both know you're lying you seem to have been an expert in it over these past few months.
Chrissie: Guess what you're not questioning me so shut it!
Graham: I have no more questions.
With that Chrissie got off the stand and gave Sharon an evil look before sitting down again.

Next Part Jake gets called to the witness stand.

Jake stood up and walked over to the stand and sat down.
Amanda: Where you with Chrissie and Sam on the 18th of feburary?
Jake; Yes.
Amanda: where did you go afyer you left scarlets?
Jake: We headed into the Vic.
Amanda: Was Den there?
Jake: I don't know i was kind of drunk.
Amanda: Fair enough. Is it true that you and Chrissie are going out?
Jake: Yes.
Amanda: Do you not find it kind of weird being with her?
Chrissie: Sorry but she's my lawyer she can't ask these questions!
Judge: Mrs Watt's is right Amanda so don't ask question like that.
Amanda: Ok. How long have you and Chrissie been going out for?
Jake: Why do you want to know?
Amanda: fine fine, do you remember anything else that had happened that night?
Jake: Nope.
Amanda: Ok no more question but i would like to call Sharon Rickman to the stand.
When Jake got out the seat and walked back to his Sharon had alreadt sat herself on the chair.
Amanda: Where you in Walford on the 18th of Febuarary?
Sharon: I didn't arrive till half 9.
Amanda: Why were you there?
Sharon: Chrisise phoned saying dad was ill.
Amanda: And it worked.
Chrissie: sure did.
Sharon: Did anybody ask you anything?
Chrissie: Nope i was just telling people how gullible u are.
Judge: The pair of you stop arguing.
Amanda: So you went to walford and what happened after that?
Sharon: I was in the dark and then Chrissie made Dad spill the beans knowi9ng i was there and then i cam out and he just said Princess.
Amanda: What happened after that?
Sharon: i asked Chrissie why she had asked me over and i said that my dad wasn't ill. Chrissie said she was so sorry and then i walked out and left in a cab i don't know what happened after that.
Amanda: Thank you no more questions
With that Sharon went to sit down
End of part 4
Who will be called to the stand next?

Part 5
They all sit down.
Judge: This case will resume again tomorrow at 10 o'clock.
Chrissie: Do i have to go back to prison?
Judge: Unfortantley yes.
Chrisise: But i don't want to and thery are all ugly tramps in there anyway.
Judge: There is nothing else we can
Chrissie: Please can i go out on bail?
Judge: If i let you out then you have to promise not to slap or punch Sharon!?
Chrssie: Okay i won't i promise.
Judge: Fine you are out on bail.
Chrissie: Yessss!!!
With that they all started walking out Chrissie gravbbed her bag and ran into Jake's arms and they cuddled.
And walked outside into the cold fresh air. Althrough the wind was being fierce and whipping at Chrissie's hair they didn't care they were back together again and nothing would ever split them up again. They got a taxi and headed back to the square and headed into the Moon's household.
Danny: Get she get off?
Chrissie: Nope i'm on bail!
They walked through to thr living - room Where Danny and Alfie were sitting on the couch watching tv and Natash (Chrissie and Jake's 3 year old daughter)
Was fast asleep on the fllor but she was lying on a blanket.
Chrissie: Awww she looks so sweet when she's asleep.
Jake: I know but she's just as cheeky as you.
Chrissie: I can believe that.
Danny: So how did it go?
Chrisise: I got a warning twice but then so did Sharon!
Danny: Why?
Jake: They were arguing.
Chrissie: Yeah well she should really get the facts sorted before she opens that big gob of hers.
Danny: And you call me bad?
With that Chrissie picked up a pillow and chucked it at danny just as natasha woke up.
Natasha: Mummy you're home.
Chrissie: I sure am sweetheart can i get a cuddle?
Natasha: Yeh.
With that Natasha stood up and Chrissie a cuddle. Chrissie was glad to be back with her daughter and her boyfriend.

Part 6
She was just so glad to be home. But she was dying on a drink but she probably wouldn’t be welcome in the Vic anyways and she and Jake deserved a day out because no one knows whether or not she was going to be free.
Chrissie: Jake you want to go out for dinner?
Jake: Yeah sure. Danny would you mind looking after trouble?
Natasha: Who’s trouble?
Chrissie: You.
Natasha: He can hardly talk he’s trouble to.
Jake: Natasha watche you’re mouth!
Danny: Yeah sure I would love to.
With that Jake went away to book a table at Fargo’s when the doorbell went Natasha and Danny went to answer it.
Natasha: No one likes you!
Sam: Says who?
Chrissie: Says the ghost of Christmas past.
Sam: oh great so she got out and she comes back to Walford.
Chrissie: I’m not out I’m on bail there’s a difference.
Jake: Babe I booked us a table for eight.
Chrissie turned around.
Chrissie: Thanks
Just at that point Stacey and Ruby came over to see Natasha but they didn’t reliease Chrissie.
Stacey: Heya Tasha.
Tasha: Heya Stacey.
Chrissie and Jake grab there coats and cuddle Natasha and that is when Stacey and Ruby notice Chrissie.
Chrissie: Now be good for Danny.
Danny: She’s always good for me.
Chrissie: she’s good for me two.
With that the taxi honked and they got in and drove into the centre of London.

Part 7
The next day came to fast for Chrissie’s liking. She got up at seven and walked down the stairs and made herself a cup of coffee and sat down thinking.
*Chrissie’s pov*
Really if I had never of moved to Spain and then I would never of meet Den Watt’s but it was to later for that she couldn’t turn back the hands of time she remembered when She killed den that she promised herself she would never ever trust another man but she had broken that she had fallen in love with Jake so many times she had tried so hard to shake the feelings away but really she never could. He just took her breath away everything about him she just hoped she wouldn’t get banged up for the murder it was in self defence really it was he had tried to use her as money for the fruit machine. That was how she got that cut, bruise and bump on her head because of her late husband. She just had to tell people she had slipped and bumped her head. But really only 4 people knew what happened that night but unfortunately one was dead but then it was really his own fault for being a selfish git.
End of Chrissie’s pov
Just as she finished her cup of coffee Jake walked down carrying Natasha.

Part 8
Chrissie and Jake arrived at the court an hour early because Chrissie wasn't allowed anywhere near Sharon because of what had happened with Den. Chrissie couldn't wait intill the day Sharon would be crawling back for forgiveness but that might never happen really because Sharon was as selfish as that father of her's sorry adoptive!
They met Amanda out side the court and Sharon was only a few meters away from her.
Chrissie: What is she doing here so early?
Jake: I don't know but you're not going to do anything.
Chrissie: I didn't say i was!
Just at that point Dennis carrying Natalie (His and Sharon's baby) and Jake carrying Natasha came around the corner.
Chrissie: Danny why did you bring her?
Danny: She wanted to see her mummy that's why!
Tasha: Mummy!
Chrissie: Come here Darling!
Chrissie went to take Tasha off of Danny but she didn't know Sharon was staring at her.
End of part 8
Part 9.
She turned around to see Sharon looking at her.
Chrissie: You got a problem love?
Sharon: Yeah who's she?
Chrissie: I think she has a name and it's Natasha my . . .
Jake: Babe don't you think we should be getting in?
Chrissie: Yeah and i take it you're coming Tasha?
Natasha: Sure am Mummy.
Sharon gasped in horror.
Chrissie: You just found out how evil you're dad was?
Sharon: No.
Chrissie: Well i'm off!
With that Jake, Chrissie and Natasha head into the Courts.
Jake: I take it she never knew?
Chrissie: Yeah but now i'm hoping she'll drop charges.
Jake: did you plan this?#
Chrissie: Sure did.
jAKE: You are brilliant?
Chrisise: did you just reliease that?
Jake: No come on let's get inside.

Everyone seemed to be coming in at 11. Chrissie handed Natasha to her father and went to sit down next to Amanda! At half 11 the Judge came in they all stood up and they sat back down. Stacey get's called up to the stand. Amanda stands up/
Amanda: Where were you on the 18th of Feburary 2004?
Stacey: I was at my house!
Amanda: Who else was there?
Stacey: No one just me watching TV.
Amanda: Did you have anyone over that night?
Stacey: Yeah Ruby came over and we watched a movie!
Amanda: Did you hear anything strange that night?
Stacey: Nope!
Amanda: I have no more questions!
With that Stacey got down from the stand and Dennis got called up!

Heya Guys ain't posted in a while because of my exams so here is the next part.
Part 11
Dennis made his way to the stand. Amanda went to get some water out her bag. Chrissie just sat there smiling she had heard Sharon talking to Dennis!
Amanda –where were you on the 18th February last year?
Dennis – I was in my flat!
Amanda – Did you go out at all that evening?
Dennis – Yeah I went to the airport at ten!
Amanda – But Sharon was in walford?
Dennis – but I never knew that Chrissie had conjured up the plan!
Amanda – Is it true that you were the one that found Zoë and Den in bed together?
Dennis - *looks up at Sharon, looks at Chrissie, looks back at Amanda* Yea I was the one.
Sharon – Dennis don’t lie for her benefit!
Chrissie – I don’t think he’s lying!
Judge – The pair of you quiet!
Chrissie – Fine! *under her breath* the stupid cow started it through!
Sharon – I heard that!
Chrissie – You were meant to!
Judge – I don’t normally do this in the middle of someone being questioned but this court case will summon back tomorrow at 11 o’clock!
With that they all got up to leave! Sharon was about to cross Chrissie’s Path when Chrissie tripped her up.
Sharon – You did that on purpose!
Chrissie – stop whinging women!
Natasha – come on mummy I’m hungry!
Chrissie – coming darling!
With that her, Jake and Natasha walked out of the court room.

They stop outside the Vic.
Driver - that would be £5.45 please.
Women - Here.
With that she handed him the change and got out the Car.
She picked up her bag and made her way over to the moon's.
Chrissie - Leanne what do you want?
Leanne - Nice way to say hi to your sister!

Chrissie - The only person your father wanted a child with was Zoe!
Sharon - Oh shut up!
Chrissie - Spiteful Cow can't seem to fight her own battles!
Sharon - Neither can you, you get that cow of a sister of yours involved don't you!
Chrissie - Sharon get a god damn life because your fathers dead and as far as i can see he ain't coming back!

What will Sharon say or how will she react to finding the truth behind her father's death?

Sharon – At least I have friends in the square
Chrissie – At least I’m not a blonde slapper!

Sharon – awwwww is Chrissie upset!
Chrissie – Me upset never at this moment I’m quite happy your trouble maker of a father isn’t here!
*Before Sharon could say another word a Taxi pulled up by the Slater’s*
Chrissie – Oh gods don’t tell me this is who I think it is!
Leanne – Who do you think it is?
Chrissie – Zoë
Leanne – Why don’t you want here to come back?
Chrissie – Because she helped kill Den we all got told to keep her out of it but if she is back I’m not keeping her out of it she was there and she deserves to be under trial like me and Sam!
*Sure enough out Walked Zoë looking Tanned from the sun after being in the Ibiza for 5 months*
