Preston has admitted that he came into Big Brother with a pre-conceived bad impression of Michael.
"If I'm honest, I had been a bit conditioned by the press to have a certain opinion of Michael," he admitted to Maggot last night. "When I saw him I thought 'he looks evil' and stuff. I lieterally thought that. I looked in his eyes and thought 'don't like him'."
As he got to know Michael, however, Preston's view completely flipped. "It's just weird, the whole way it's panned out. He's safe."
Maggot has been left similarly enlightened after meeting Michael in the flesh. "He's sound, he's got a really good head, he's spoken a lot of sense to me."
"There's no way they could edit Michael to look anything but properly safe. Even Pete I think will come across really well," Preston mused, adding: "None of us in here now have anything but nice [things]. I feel entirely positive about the whole situation."
