She is the most annoying character eastenders has ever had in my eyes and thats saying alot when you consider the annoying characters eastenders has had for example remember Sarah the girl who was stalking Martin. Plus giving her a good storyline wont bring her character to life since her build up was so crap and her acting skills being so wooden. The best thing i can see happening to her is just axeing her or fading her out like they did to Sasha.

Another fact that annoys me about her is that when Garry was trying to go out with her she shrugged it off then when Garry was with that other women the other day she looked jealous, what right does she have to be jealous of him she was the one who turned him down and another thing why do the residents of Albert Square think she is so beautiful in my eyes she is just plain ordinary nothing special.

Naomi has been a big disappointment. I've seen Petra Letang in other things and she has been quite good so I don't know what has happened here, but her character is awful. She has no purpose except to interfere in Sonia and Martin's marriage which I can see happening again. Shame really, because I've enjoyed Sonia and Martin lately, especially with Rebecca.

Why not? As long as there aren't three different threads for each character then it's fine. Naomi's a current plot device...sorry, character, so people might want a place to discuss her. That way the Episode Thread stays on the topic of the specific episode but there's a place to discuss characters in more depth.



That said, Naomi is a plot device created to cause tension between Sonia and Martin. She has no depth, and her "Here one day, gone another," lesbian/bi storyline was crap. They need to get her out of this Sonia/Martin storyline otherwise she's going to be dead wood by the end of the year. They can't carry this "Sonia wants to hang out with Naomi, Martin is angry," storyline on forever, and then what are they going to do with her?

I don't think she is, and from the episode when she returned it was evident that she was still trying to split up Martin and Sonia. I don't know if I would like her more in a different storyline, and I don't think i could be bothered to watch and find out.

Yes, she's a full time character. It was announced she was joining the same time it was announced about Dawn and Joe. It's just that Naomi is an incredibly crap full time character.
