View Full Version : big brother - the movie!
The housemates have been given a new task - to write, film and star in their own movie.
Big Brother: The Movie must contain all the "best moments" from the housemates' time on the show and all celebrities from this series must appear in the film. Housemates will not be permitted to play themselves.
The group has been provided with a video camera and a number of props to aid them with the task, which must be completed within two hours.
If successful, the celebs will be treated to the premiere of their movie later this evening.
From the makers of 'Mystery of the Missing Coat' and 'The Fix It Man Cometh' we bring you: Big Brother: The Movie.
Written, directed by and starring 'Gorgeous' George, 'Pistol' Pete, 'Dirty' Dennis, 'Music Man' Maggot, 'Kandy Girl' Chantelle, 'Tasty' Traci, 'Mass Debater' Mike, and Preston 'The Song and Dance Kid', it's the film they'll all be talking about... and it's the group's latest task.
The Housemates have been asked to make a Hollywood dramatization of their Big Brother experience, with a movie containing all the best bits from the group's time in the House.
All Housemates must play another Housemate in the film. They are not allowed to play themselves.

Guess who I'm going to be!
To help them get into their roles, Big Brother will provide a selection of props. It is up to Housemates to decide who directs the film
Before they start filming the group must 'storyboard' their movie, and they have two hours to complete shooting.
The finished article will be taken away and edited, to be premiered later this evening in the living room with popcorn, drinks, red curtains and even a mannequin usher.
Could we be on the cusp of unearthing the next Ron Howard? Or could things go a bit Howard the Duck?
It's like King Kong... only without the budget, the special effects, the Hollywood stars and the acting ability. But there is a big gorilla.
The Housemates have been getting into their new roles as, erm, other Housemates, as they plan their latest task, Big Brother: The Movie.
With various costumes and a multitude of wigs at their disposal, the budding thespians have been getting into character.
Maggot has been appointed director, a role he is combining with the parts of Chantelle and Preston.
Michael, a natural performer as he frequently likes to remind us, plays three parts: Maggot, George and Faria (although the former FA secretary only appears as a disembodied wig).

Chantelle practices her Dennis swagger
Preston has been given the task of acting as a real actor, donning a big ginger wig to play Rula.
Traci, who has done some proper acting in her time (well, Baywatch), revelled in the role of Pete, particularly as it gave her a chance to swear gratuitously.
Chantelle also plans to give a foul-mouthed display as Dennis, while the big man himself will get the chance to wear some girlie clobber in the role of Traci.
George, kitted out in an apron and a wooden spoon, becomes his one-time favourite Michael.
While Pete has been given the chance to play two subjects close to his heart: former sparring partner Jodie and his own infamous coat (for which he has been given a gorilla costume).
It's certainly a top-drawer cast. Now lights, camera, action...
Top directors can spend several years making a box office smash, but our Housemates have completed their own masterpiece in just two hours.
The budding filmmakers have handed in their precious footage after a colourful, gruelling and inventive stint of cinematographic experimentalism.
Early signs suggest it should be quite a film.
The Housemates, directed meticulously by a Scorcese-like Maggot, have tried to cover all elements of their Big Brother experience to make a fully rounded plot.
There was a dramatic eviction scene, in which all of the Housemates were evicted one by one.
There was an innovative bedroom scene, featuring a cacophony of grunts, curses, snores and nonsensical mutterings, worthy of any masterpiece of avant-garde cinema. Equally, it could just look like a bunch of blokes in wigs making fart noises.

Preston puts on a breath-taking performance as Rula
Duelling for star billing were self-styled showmen Pete and Michael.
Michael did what he does best; putting on silly voices for comic effect. The most memorable was his homage to the dearly departed Sir Jimmy Saville.
But it was Pete who stole the show. Dressed as a gorilla with a pair of oversized rubber breasts, he revelled in the role of femme fatale Jodie.
Meanwhile, Preston did lots of Buddhist chanting as Rula, and Chantelle simply swore repeatedly - receiving a rebuke from Dennis, who reckons he "doesn't speak like that".
George, the under-fire MP who's been in a deliriously good mood all day, had little chance to act because he was too busy creasing up with laughter the entire time.
But will the group be laughing, or cringing, when the premiere is shown tonight?

There was a bit of the housemates at the premiere of their movie on BBLB this morning.
To a unifying chorus of "oh my god, oh my god, oh my god" the outfits for the premiere of the Big Brother Movie were revealed.
With Traci a vision in green and Chantelle perfect in pink, the ladies looked suitably stunning. The boys didn't let the side down either, dressed up all James Bond in tuxes and bow ties.
Pete struggled with his neckwear, treating it as if it were a piece of clothing from another planet: "Uh, they're having a laugh." Fortunately, Preston was on hand to help out, though, manfully taking control of the impending tie disaster.
Always a difficult one to please, Pete still wasn't happy with his tux and decided a little accessorising was called for. Disappearing into the bedroom for a rummage, he reappeared some time later looking like an extra from South Pacific with giant pink flowers in his hair and a tightly clasped red belt.
Suits you Sir.
Chantelle and Preston share a bit of mutual appreciation while getting ready for the film premiere.
Wafting around in her sexy pink dress, Chantelle's glamorous outfit met with Preston's approval.
"I'm proud of you," gushed Preston, gazing up at his friend.
Earlier Chantelle had been talking about how pleased she was to have escaped eviction. "Get over it", Preston joked.
Chantelle's only regret about staying was missing her Mum: "I bet my Mum's crying her eyes out for me."
"Happily", she added. "Wait until you meet her - she's like me times two!"
Taking him back to meet the parents already, Chantelle? It must be serious.
The dapper looking Preston was scrubbed up to Chantelle's liking. Glancing down at his shoes, she commented, "They're nice. But would you wear them anyway?"
"Yeah," replied Preston. "I'd wear this anyway," he said, pointing at his suit, "just not down the shops... I'd wear a bow tie though."
"Is it funny?" questioned Chantelle, talking about wearing a bow tie. Preston replied, "I dunno, is it? ... It is though. Isn't it? It is."
Like, make your mind up guys!
