My mum will probably cook haggis for tea because my dad likes to have haggis on Burns night. It's alright but I wouldn't eat lots of it. My family doesn't do anything other than that even though we live in Scotland.

 Sheeps stomach?!
I live in London.. thank god we don't have that here lol!!
You don't actually eat the sheeps stomach - that is the casing that keeps the haggis together while it cooks. That said, just about everything else offal wise finds it's way into haggis! I love it, and my youngests primary school has an annual Burns Supper. He is playing Old Lang syne on the trumpet and receiting part of Tam O'Shanter.
I am going to one in Edinburgh on Saturday, and really looking forward to it.

Well folks I have to report that Burns night passed off superb.
The Haggis was piped into the restaurant with due pomp. After reading the Selkirk Grace and Burns' Ode to the Haggis the poor thing was stabbed several times.
The menu consisted of
Arboath Smokies with egg Benedict topped with mustard dressing
Gamekeepers Broth with pigeon
Haggis, neeps and Tatties with fresh scallops
A duo of Angus steak and Venison.
Scottish shortbread and rasperries
Scottish cheese with wheaten biscuits
The toast was with IRISH Whisky (but then it is the worlds oldest)
A good time was had by all
