Paint shop pro

hi im trying to download paint shop pro onto my computer only when it gets half way through it , it comes up with a message saying " the windows installer service could not be acessed . this can occur if you are running windows in safe mode, or if the windows installer is not correctly installed" will someone please help i have no idea what to do thnkyou :)

Ummm, I don't know if this will work or not but go to control panel - change or remove programs - then go down to windows installer and click change, this should fix minor errors that there may be with the program. Then try to download paint shop pro again.

ive now overcome that problem now i have a different problem it says its initialising the process for the download but the screen stays there and it wont install

Try rebooting your computer and then downloading it.
