They probably don't mean any particular board, just that there are boards like this out there. There's Talk Walford as well for example, as well as DS, Nigel Harman Online is pretty popular although obviously the EE talk is lessening on that now he's no longer in it, and there's sites for other EE actors with differing degrees of activity on them. They probably just mean boards like these in general.
