Trio set to make 'Bill' appearance Thursday January 19, 10:30 AM
Three new faces are set to appear in The Bill in the coming months.
Neil Stuke, perhaps best known for his work on cult sitcom Game On, makes his debut as tortured father James Tennant on February 15.
The same day, Jo-Anne Knowles makes her debut as directorate of public affairs officer Mia Perry.
On March 22, Doug Rao will join the force as CID officer Stuart Turner.
Neil's character will involve the law enforcers in a frantic search for his six-year-old daughter, Amy.
However,
a twist suggests he may be involved in her disappearance.
Aside from the aforementioned sitcom, Neil has also appeared in Silent Witness, Casualty and Murphy's Law. He joins the Sun Hill crew for a 10-month stint.
Jo-Anne is no stranger to soaps having popped up in Hollyoaks, EastEnders, Coronation Street (as two different characters), Emmerdale and Holby City.
Fans of the latter medical drama may also have spotted Doug Rao in an episode from December 2003.
His character has one eye on promotion and the other on Ds Sam Nixon (Lisa Maxwell).
