Surprise Nominations
Day 15, 00:15
Thursday 19 January
As the clock struck midnight, George and Preston were called to the Diary Room to receive their punishment for discussing nominations yesterday. It was serious.
As the stunned pair sat cowering in anticipation, Big Brother informed them they would nominate three people to face the public vote on Friday.
That was bad enought but what they didn't know is their nominations would be broadcast to the rest of the House. Ouch.
First for the chop was Traci, as nominated by George: "My reason is that she put Dennis in a hard position. And that she has, on a lot of days, bated and hurt Dennis."
"She seems to be taking less part in the group. She removes herself. It makes me feel awkward," added Preston.
Next up was Maggot.
"Maggot said something earlier that I disagreed with," said Preston. "He tried to make Chantelle look like an idiot, and for that reason I nominate Maggot."
And last to face the axe was Rula.
Perhaps surprisingly it was George who took the lead on this one, saying he want to nominate her "on the basis that she is trying too hard. She said that she was now going out to win and I think she is falsely getting on me with a view to get votes."
"I'd agree. She has taken the motherly role, but with intent," said Preston.
He continued, "Do we tell them or is it a secret?" If only he knew the truth was already out. "We'll tell them we've been punished, but not what..."
