Just watching 100 greatest love songs on VH1:
At number:
8: Nothing compares 2 U - Sinead O'Conner (Written by Prince and originally written as a duet with Rosie Gains. IMHO Prince writes some of the most erotic love songs)
7: Everything I do (I do it for you) - Bryan Adams (Awesome song. The number of people I know that have had this played at their wedding!)
6. My heart will go on - Celine Dion (Listening to this, my heart doesn't want to go on. Pass me the puke bucket, quick)
5. Flying without wings - Westlife (So high? Seems average to me)
4. I will always love you - Whitney Houston (A classic but does it deserve to be at 4?)
3. When you say nothing at all - Ronan Keating (See 5 above)
2. Unchained Melody - Righteous Brothers (Not No1?! This is the all time classic that has women going weak at the knees (or in some cases, opening at the knees  ). I want stats to see how many kids were conceived to this classic!)
1. Hero - Enrique Inglesias (Ok, its a good song, but at number 1?!)
I guess these are all mainstream songs and as much as I like them, my top 10 would be totally different.
But Enrique at number 1 - oh please!
