He does survive this and returns to work as a CSI at Miami Dade PD which in my opinion is a shame.....

I can't stand the guy jess - he is so up himself and out for his own, when they have always worked as a team. I was hoping this would be the end of his career, but not sure if it is now as he is mentioned in everything so far in the new season :angry:
