well it's friday 13th today so are you all superstitious? i am not at all. my friend has flown to florida today and got cheaper tickets because people wont fly today! i think its all rubbish but what about you?? :)

I deliberately don't get up until 3 pm (one of the good points of learning at home this term).... not because I am AT ALL superstitious usually, but this morning for some reason I didn't want to face Friday 13th.

So just now, I got up, telling myself that I was being pathetic, came to the stairs....


and fell down them. Right to the bottom. All 17 of them. I have seriously hurt my ankle.

i hate friday the 13th after today. In the car this morning i said to my mate The exam will be ok as long as i dont have to choose between precident or European Law and what was the two questions i had to choose.

the thing is people will have good or bad things happen to them today irrespective of what day it is , they would have happened anyway. people then just blame it on friday 13th.

I find friday the 13th to be lucky, the number 13 is lucky for me,Haven't had any bad luck or good luck today though, just a normal day.

dont put new shoes on the table its bad luck
dont wash on new years day thats bad luck too

There are loads of superstitions:

don't cut your hair on sunday
if you spill salt, throw a pinch over your left shoulder
if you bang your elbow, bang the other in the same spot so get good luck
if two people say the same thing at the same time, pinch the other person to cancell out the bad luck
don't walk under ladders
Break a mirror for 7 years bad luck
if you cross the path a black cat it is bad luck but if the cat crosses your path it is good luck

and so on and on and on

its not friday 13th anymore but i still have 4 bruises 3 cuts n grazed knees from that day !!!! i just well unlucky haha ! :( stupid friday 13th. mehhhhhhhh to that day plain mehhhh. my sister made me watch the horror film friday 13th aswell !!! :(
