Episode 407: Felony Flight
Henry Darius, a convicted serial killer, confesses to an unsolved murder and is flown from New York to Miami to show the police exactly where he buried the body. However, as the plane flies into Miami, it crashes and Darius escapes. Now, as Darius begins a Miami killing spree, New York's Det. Mac Taylor, who put Darius away the first time, comes to help Horatio and the team track Darius down before he kills again."

i know but you miss the looks and interaction with the spoilersexactly and thats what makes it...
just found this :
the patter of tiny CSI feet in some upcoming episodes. Apparently, there are two character pregnancies, one involving Horatio (not ACTUALLY him, that would be biologically impossible!) but the other one is the result of two of Horatio's team having an intimate moment.
later on in the thread it says
Yes it was in the new TV Guide for Jan 9-15. Its just a small article on page 8. It says the Stork Visits CSI: Miami. IT also says the first will affect Horatio. It also says that "two other members will share some intimate moments that may result in the birth of a little CSI." That relationship is suppossed to begin quick and end quicker.

ooh i wonder who they will be. I read that there is a female to join the CSI and she is rumoured to be seeing delko so that could be one. The other one would have to be Calleigh maybe horatio will be the father :hmm:
Or Delko & Calleigh - they have chemistry :searchme:

i read this little spoiler on CSI today:
In the latest Ask Ausiello column, over at TVGuide.com, Mike Ausiello revealed some surprising news about an upcoming CSI: Miami storyline. "I hear Horatio is going to develop some serious daddy issues when he learns that his new squeeze — Delko's sister, Marisol — is preggers. The bombshell drops during May sweeps," he said. Head over to TV Guide to read it.
So now we know who the two pregnacies are. Season 4 won't start over here until the summer as they are just repeating S3 from tuesday and there is about 24 episodes in the series
Do we know who the other pergnancy is?

The other pregancy rumour is between delko and natalie
The CSIs must investigate when a series of murders have an eerie similarity to an unproduced screenplay. Evidence shows that a series of murders at Miami's hottest clubs are linked to organized crime, but also leads Horatio and the team to a pair of Miami film students whose screenplay mirrors the details of the crimes. Now, the CSIs must track down anyone who had read their fictional script and wanted to turn it into a deadly reality. Meanwhile, Ryan's eyesight worsens and jeopardizes his future with the crime lab.
When a body is uncovered during a beach volleyball tournament, the evidence leads Horatio to Walter Resden, who is now targeting one of his past victims -- someone Horatio has sworn to protect. Now, Horatio must deduce why Resden has returned and find a way to stop him for good. Meanwhile, Delko and Natalia's relationship takes an unexpected turn when she thinks that she may be pregnant.
In this episode, Horatio finds DNA evidence that shows that Alexx was putting up posters in her neighborhood warning parents that a child molester was moving to the area. The CSIs soon discover that a gang-mentality had spread throughout the community and that any number of the residents would have liked the man gone. Now, the team must work to prove that Alexx didn't cause the man's murder.
As their murder investigation intensifies, Horatio must ask Natalia to reveal a secret from her past to help solve the case.

Episode 417 - Double Jeopardy
The Miami-Dade district attorney loses a highly publicized murder trial in which a husband is accused of killing his young bride and then dumping her body in the ocean. However, the woman's body is recovered from the ocean after the trial concludes and the 'double jeopardy' clause precludes the husband from being tried again. Now, as the CSIs fear that justice may not be served, new evidence suggests that the husband may have practiced on another victim first.

general spoilers from an American website:
Question: Got any CSI: Miami spoilers? — Monica
Ausiello: I'm hearing wedding bells during May sweeps. And the May 22 season finale is gonna literally be killer. Not only will there be a significant death (hey, that's new!), but we'll finally learn the mole's identity. Meanwhile, some psycho stalker from Delko's past will resurface with vengeance on the brain and a sniper rifle in her trunk — never a good combo.
Oh my!!! *runs off to see if i can find any more info* Whos gonna be killed then?? Lets speculate :D
Oh my!!! *runs off to see if i can find any more info* Whos gonna be killed then?? Lets speculate :D
Let me know if you find anything!
Im going for the newer guy to get killed (cant remember his name).

I think it might be horatio's new girlfriend as she finds out she is pregnant soon and for what i have read about the american viewers they are not happy about her and horatio being together
Haven't found anything as yet and apparently the "mole" still doesn't know that they are the mole if that makes sense...
I don't think it will be Wolfe - it would be great if it was, and I'm hoping but....
Meanwhile, on CSI: Miami, things aren't looking too bright for the crew. While a wedding will take place, so will a "significant death." The good news is: the mole will finally be revealed. The bad news: "some psycho stalker from Delko's past will resurface with vengeance on the brain and a sniper rifle in her trunk — never a good combo," Ausiello revealed.
While Ausiello didn't reveal who exactly is getting married, poster Goofy Lookin' Nerd, from Television Without Pity, was there for the filming of the wedding. It is indeed Horatio Caine who will Marisol Delko down the aisle, and whether it's because she's finally pregnant is not clear, "Just got a clearer view of her from the front - definitely not showing," she said.

Found this on csi files about the wedding and who the mole is. Its a pretty long interview so I only posted some of it:
Ann Donahue has been with the CSI franchise since the beginning, starting out as co-executive producer on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation before moving over to run the first spin-off, CSI: Miami. Now in its fourth season and currently the number one show in the world, CSI: Miami is more popular than ever before. Donahue, whose writing credits include pivotal episodes such as "Cross-Jurisidictions", "MIA/NYC--NonStop" and "Lost Son" shared her insights into some of the major developments during Miami's run and revealed a few twists from the fourth season's exciting conclusion to CSI Files' Kristine Huntley.
CSI Files: It's been a whirlwind year for Horatio Caine (David Caruso). Are we going to learn more this season about the day his parents died, and Horatio's involvement in it?
Ann Donahue: We have kept the story about the death of Horatio's mother in the background only because he's currently dealing with his blossoming relationship with Eric Delko's (Adam Rodriguez) sister. Horatio and Marisol (Alana De La Garza) will marry during our second episode of sweeps. She is still fighting cancer and she will meet a tragic end (not cancer-related).
CSI Files: What draws Horatio and Marisol together?
Donahue: The things that draw Horatio and Marisol together are that they are the right people for each other at the right time. Marisol, fighting cancer, needs hope, needs to not be treated like a patient, but a young woman with a future. And Horatio is able to do that for her. He's also older and wiser, and therefore more able to have fun and let her relax and forget the vicissitudes of her daily life. He also probably enjoys that their relationship is not entangled the way his and Yelena's (Sofia Milos) was--yes, Marisol is a coworker's sibling, but Yelena was his brother's widow. Life with Marisol is simpler, more immediate.
CSI Files: Will Horatio and Marisol's relationship continue into next season? Can you give any hints as to what's next for them now that they've discussed having a baby?
Donahue: While Horatio and Marisol would like to continue their marriage into Season Five, tragic events ensue in during May 2006 sweeps that preclude that.
CSI Files: How did the idea to have a mole in the lab come about?
Donahue: We had the idea for a mole at the very beginning of the season. And an idea like that comes out of writers in the writers' room saying "What would be interesting, what would shake up the characters, what would I like to see as a viewer?" The Miami cast is superlative, and when we watch dailies, we see how they mesh, how they tease each other, how they interact. We began to see a real family there, headed by Horatio. And we thought, if our actors are communicating such intimacy and trust to each other, wouldn't it be interesting if that trust were thwarted? The tough decision was choosing who the mole is, because that person would definitely have to leave the show. We think we found a good way to reveal the mole, and then reveal people even "worse" than the mole, for their part in causing a mole to be installed at the Miami lab in the first place.
CSI Files: Will the identity of the mole be revealed before the end of the season?
Donahue: The identity of the mole will indeed be revealed this season, in our last episode airing May 22, 2006. It's going to be a scintillating episode--our cast will be at odds and things will be said among characters that may never be forgotten--or forgiven.
Question: Any hints as to who the death is on CSI: Miami? — Aurora
Ausiello: No. I will tell you that all three CSI shows will be sending major characters to the hospital with life-threatening injuries in their respective season finales. And of the three patients, two are male and one is female. There, that's a hint.

Down in Miami, Horatio Caine is set to experience a bout of happiness, but even that is not going to last long, according to showrunner Ann Donahue. "Horatio and Marisol [Delko] will marry during our second episode of sweeps. She is still fighting cancer and she will meet a tragic end (not cancer-related)." Horatio and Marisol recently decided to have a baby together, but Marisol's tragic end may prevent those plans from coming to fruition.
Marisol won't be the only member of the Delko clan in mortal danger. According to TV Guide, her brother Eric has managed to attract a very volatile fan. "Some psycho stalker from Delko's past will resurface with vengeance on the brain and a sniper rifle in her trunk — never a good combo."
CSI Miami finale spoilers:
From randall: CSI: Miami! Dish!
Gladly. Big stuff coming up! Before the end of the season, Horatio comes face to face with the man who murdered his wife.
