I really wanted to say yes but it is up to pauline and she has been hurt in the past. I think she should move in with him to see how they get on and then make a decision on that.. it is too early for marriage, they don't know each other that long and as crazygirl has said, they haven't even kissed yet

I'm in two minds, I'm not sure I totally trust him. They haven't been seeing each other for that long a time. Also, I don't know if I missed an episode or something but, I watched Joe having a go at Martin about how he treated his mother, and Martin reacted to it very badly, but it seems to have been forgotten about, him and Martin are now getting on like a house on fire. Did I miss something?!

I don't think what Joe said should have sounded as bad as it did. Maybe he's just good at acting hard. It seems like his relationship with Pauline is going to be a long running thing, so probably my negative feelings are unfounded. If she's going to be happy with Joe then I think she should marry him. I don't think he's going to be another Arthur though.
