Actress Lisa Maxwell who plays DS Samantha Nixon on The Bill has
kindly agreed to become a patron of Child Victims Of Crime.
Lisa has been looking for a Charity that she can really contribute to, her role as a Police Officer and her experience as a mother have made her increasingly aware of the plight of Child Victims of Crime and she is proud to pledge her support.
"I am delighted to be Patron of Child Victims of Crime, which I became involved with as a result of my association with police officers working on Crimewatch UK.
The work the charity does is very important, as children are often the forgotten victims of crimes.
The charity helps to start rebuilding the lives of these children and help turn their nightmares into dreams come true."
