Did anyone watch this? I thought it was really good and quiet logically when you think about it
i saw an advert for it but missed it must have been on same time as bb!!
is it repeated at all??

there is another one on comfort/craves eating next week but here is the general idea of last night
4 golden rules:
1) when you are hungry, Eat. (your body will tell you when you are hungry, when you feel the hunger pangs eat, don't starve as your body will think it is not getting enough food and stores fat)
2) eat what you want (if you deny your body food it will crave it and you will end up depriving your body of certain things it needs. sometime if you have hunger pang, drink water. if it is still there, eat something)
3) eat conciously (sp?) (you should chew your food slowly, this give your stomach time to tell your brain when it has had enough)
4) stop when you are full (obvious)

but some people are never full and just carry on eating as thats quite a few peoples problems what you read about in mags and stuff

It's BB for me but Im sure it's a good programme..
Paul McKenna's programme ended last night with motivation skills and increasing your energy levels.. One woman lost 27lb in the course of the 4 weeks.. it seems to work really well.. you don't have to limit what you eat just be careful how you eat it... the website gives you all the tapping techinques and other things to try to help you along the way.. well worth watching
