when phil went to see johnny in hospital and was about to turn of his support, then he didn't, do you think he really meant that he was going to let it keep, or was he just too cowardly to kill him?

not cowardly - it was either a stupid move or he decided it would be too easy a death for him......

i'm not sure because phil didnt dare to beat johnny he got dennis :crying: to do it for him, but he wants to get revenge on johnny! its a tough one!

I think Phil didn't turn off the life support as it would have been a easy death, I think he wants Johnny to suffer.

bit of both i think,he was a coward for getting dennis to do his dirty work for him,so im not sure whether he'd have the guts to turn the life support off but id like to think so..

He is definetely a coward, but I think the reason he is angry at Johnny is more to do with himself than Dennis. Johnny killing Dennis has made Phil feel guilty, and he doesn't like that he has got one over on him. Whether he would have had the guts to turn the machine off, is a matter of opinion, he's never killed anybody before (in cold blood anyway).

He is deffinatly a coward. I mean Johnny has been out of hospital and he's still walking. Phil has had many chances to do what he said he would do and yet he still hasnt so it shows how cowardly he really was. In the state he was in he wouldnt have been clever enough to think about giving him a slow death he would have just done it he wouldnt have car ed how he died as long as he was dead but the fact that he stopped showed he was in fcat scared.

Phil has always been cowardly where as Grant always goes in fists first. Phil thinks things over and bides his time, but than again he hasn't the bottle to take on Johnny.

I think he chickened out a bit but he also wants Johnnyto suffer. I think he has sympathy for Ruby too.
