Juggling

Hi this probably sounds really stupid but does anyone have any advice on juggling as i have a book that teaches me but i still can't get the hang of it and have been trying for ages

erm well when we were learning to do it at dancing for one of the shows we were doing we learnt with 2 balls first, and while we were throwing them we were told to say out loud, either "1, 2, 1, 2" or "throw, throw, catch, catch" so that we knew the timings for when we were meant to throw each ball and when we should be catching them. i dont really know how else to explain it really, you just need to practise loads lol!

i can't juggle but i have a few tips my mates have been shouting at me whilst i was learning to juggle

1. start off with 1 ball and get it going in a perfect arc from hand to hand
2. when you have mastered this move onto two balls and when you catch the balls, don't bend your hands round, put your hands in a kinda of u shape when you catch them
3. when you are doing two balls, when one gets to the top of the arc, you throw the other ball up.
4. if the ball goes forwards and you have to lean forwards to catch it, stand facing a wall and try and catch the balls to try and prevent yourself from throwing the balls forward
5. try this with three balls

cool, i used to be able to do 3 for like a day... but i can't do any more!

i managed quite quickly to do 2, but it took ages to learn 3 then one day i was just able to do it!

i can do 2 but when i throw the 3rd one in i lode it and then can't catch again for ages but im not very good at catching so im practicing that as well

i can only do it with two. My cousin went through a phase where he loved juggling.

yeh i used to really love it! i havent done it in ages though, sometimes randomly now i think i havent juggled for a while and do it for a bit when im bored then forget all about it again!
